For Corn Dhokla Batter

- ½ cup curd (yogurt)
- Water as required
- 1 cup sweet corn (for puree)
- 2 green chillies
- ½ cup sweet corn kernels (for texture)
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 sachet fruit salt (eno)
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 pinch red chilli powder (optional)
- Fresh coriander for garnish
