🧾 Ingredients

For Corn Dhokla Batter

  • 1 cup semolina (suji)
  • ½ cup curd (yogurt)
  • Water as required
  • 1 cup sweet corn (for puree)
  • 2 green chillies
  • ½ cup sweet corn kernels (for texture)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 sachet fruit salt (eno)
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 pinch red chilli powder (optional)
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
