Yield: Eighteen Servings of Lemon Crumb Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted melted butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • Juice of two or three lemons (about ½ cup)
  • Zest of one lemon (1 tablespoon)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting, if desired
